You can hire team members as either full-time employees or long-term consultants. Employees are registered under Lebanese Labor Law and the NSSF, while consultants have more flexible terms regarding benefits, notice periods, and paid leave.
The employment process follows Lebanese Labor Law, including registration with the NSSF for social security benefits. The employee completes necessary paperwork, facilitated by the employer, for compliance with social security and labor regulations.
Long-term consultants are not registered under social security and have different contractual terms, like flexible leave entitlements. Consultants must also obtain a Ministry of Finance (MOF) number for tax declarations and submit monthly timesheets and invoices.
