The employment process follows Lebanese Labor Law, including registration with the NSSF for social security benefits. The employee completes necessary paperwork, facilitated by the employer, for compliance with social security and labor regulations.
Long-term consultants are not registered under social security and have different contractual terms, like flexible leave entitlements. Consultants must also obtain a Ministry of Finance (MOF) number for tax declarations and submit monthly timesheets and invoices.
